My second reason is I love sharing my testimony and the ways that Jesus has carried me. I love seeing others blessed and inspired that He will do it for them to. I love helping people fulfill their purpose. I want everyone to win in Christ. I never want anyone to feel like they can't make it. I know how hard warfare is and I want to see ladies overcome all of their obstacles through the classes I offer. I also want to see the world changed through my books, songs and etc.. I never want anyone to feel hopeless. I have felt it and it wasn't good. Jesus is my hope

11/23/19 It's the Joseph in Me
Mary Mary sings one of my favorite songs called" God in me". As I was reflecting on the song,"God in me", I began to think about how it's the Joseph in me. I can totally relate to the Joseph of the Bible. Joseph was sold into bondage by his brothers because he was a dreamer. Joseph's family thought that he was trying to be the favorite, but he was just trying to live in God's favor. Many times people criticize those who have big goals and ideas. Most of the time those people are just jealous because they don't have any aspirations to do more in life. When you surround yourself with non dreamers, you will be drained. So, I encourage you to raise up the Joseph in you and go for it. After Joseph went through bondage, He was elevated by the Lord. So, if God can do it for Josesph, he can do it for you. Make sure you surround yourself with people who believe in what God has asked you to do. Because after all that's just the Joseph in you, which is really just God sprinkling that salt on the Earth. #itsthejosephinme #AngelStarrblog #ShineforJesus #Sparkle
08/24/19 Live Every Dream
My sweet daughter, Amber-Grace is such a beauty queen. She is a true jewel. She recently won the title Little Miss Ouachita on the River. We encourage her passion for pageants, pictures and etc.. But we also make sure she knows that she won't be a pretty "Mean Girl". As I was searching for her next local pageant, I noticed the age limit was until 99 years old. I begin to think, I always wanted to do Miss. LA but I was married. I actually grew up participating in the church pageants. I had a wonderful mom who would teach elegance and grace. So, I thought maybe Gracie and I could do the pageant together. I almost let fear talk me out of it and say I was too old. But, there is no age limit on my dreams. Sarah was 100 years old when she finally recieved her promise. She even laughed when the angel told her she would have a child. (Genesis18) So, if time permits, I may just enter that pageant with my sweet girl. God has given me so much purpose. I plan to live every moment of my life enjoying every dream. #liveeverydream #AngelStarrblog

A Christmas Testimony: I'll be a Guinea Pig for Jesus and be fully transparent to tell of His goodness. I'm not going to be ashamed of what God has done for us. Opening up to say this Testimony! God did it!
Here it is. This Christmas was different. I did not return to teaching this year, therefore a salary difference. (Even if I was at school still things have just gotten extra high.)
The other day I remembered telling the kids we will do our best to get them a few gifts. Amber said, yeah Christmas is about presence of God not just presents. I took them to Walmart to window shop. They took pictures of everything they wanted. I was going to reach out to a few people and see if they would divide up gifts. I remember God said, ask me, lest anyone says they made you rich, like He told Abraham. It's been different because I have always been the one to give to organizations and toy drives. Yet, this year we were In need. I was listening to the Cross and heard The host say the community things, I almost signed up for that. Again, but I didn't.
I remember praying saying God we need a miracle. Then it slowly started coming. Last Saturday a friend dropped off a gift of Wrapping paper, bows, and etc...and it is huge. to wrap so many toys with, that remind you we didn't have. I said okay God you are up to something. There is no way you send Wrapping paper without presents.
Yesterday, I said God it's getting close and I still don't have any presents. He heard me and I knew He had me. He said, go to the store and I did. The toys were high and I was trying to stay in budget with what we had to get them. I heard God say, "Get the things you want, I'll pay for them." He did.
I got to the register and the total was $220.00 As I was getting ready to pay, the lady told me to hold up because she had to count the cash first. I didn't give her any cash. But our angel did. A sweet person whom allowed God to use them. I left the store paying $15.00. That is a miracle only God can do.
Now before you say it, You should have been working and none of this wouldn't have happened. You have no idea why I wasn't able to work, so do not speak to soon. But since you asked, I Have a Job. I work for Jesus and He keeps on showing me how he will take care of us. When I had to leave teaching in Feb, God said you will not loose your house or car, I got you. Follow my path, walk on water. He is still parting red seas. He is still paying bills and buying toys. Each day, God provides. With tears in my eyes, I can say once again and forever, Our God is Faithful. For every tear I cried He always Wipes them. I am blessed to have a beautiful family and God who loves us dearly. That's it, that's the post. He sent Wrapping paper and Presents too because He loves us. We stay in His presence. 2024 Big things are on the way for the Starrs. We going Higher. We love God!! Thank you God.
I pray for every other person in need that God will pay each bill and make a way. He will do it. Trust Him.
